After booking, guests must sign our rental agreement within 48 hours to receive check-in details. POOL HEATING (We require at least 24 hours notice before arrival): + May- September $95/night + October-April $150 night + Spa is heated at no charge EV CHARGER: There is a 240v outlet, please make sure to bring your charging cable if wanting to use this amenity. QUIET HOURS: * You are staying in a friendly and peaceful area and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbors. * Please monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet Hours are in place from 10:00pm - 8:00am NO PARTIES: * No parties and no unauthorized guests allowed. * No smoking on property. * Please keep food and drink in the kitchen and dining area. Do not bring it into the bedrooms. PET INFO: * Pets are allowed with prior approval and pet fee is required ($100 per stay). * Pets not allowed on furniture and beds. Guests are responsible for keeping their pets on a leash around the property and picking up after their pets * Any damages caused and/or dog hair on linen will be the responsibility of and replacements will be charged the guest. UPON ARRIVAL: * Should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. * * Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB.
